Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a set of handheld instruments we use to break down the scar tissue and fascial restrictions in your soft tissues. This includes your muscles, ligaments, tendons, nerves and fascia. These instruments go hand in hand with a sports massage to offer amazing results.
One hour sports massage session
In an hour session, priced at £45, we will be able to give you a full massage, making sure that your entire body is given the attention it requires, so not just one area is focused on. Our professional sports massages are tailored to help you in the quick recovery from sports injuries.
Dry cupping therapy
This therapy applies suction to the skin and helps in mobilising blood flow to promote healing for a range of conditions. Dry cupping can also reduce pain, boost skin health and improve digestion.
Cupping therapy can be applied to any session above with no extra cost.
Functional Movement Taping
FMT is a rehabilitative taping technique that is designed to facilitate the body's natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body's range of motion. Taping can be added to any session for additional £5.
Just taping sessions are available in 20 minute slots for £15.
